What's Up Wednesday...Yo! [03-30-2016]

Last Wednesday of March!

Hard to believe March literally flew by.

What We're Eating This Week...

This week we've been eating a lot of roasted veggies - brussel sprouts, butternut squash, carrots, and cauliflower.  A little olive oil, salt, and pepper. Even my 2 year old eats her brussel sprouts!

So. Dang. Delicious!

What I'm Reminiscing About...

Hawaii!  Maui to be exact. It's been a few years since I've been and I'm really wanting to go back. 

Seriously, how could you not just want to relax poolside with a drink in hand?!

What I'm Loving...

The fact that we are having gorgeous sunny weather lately!  Around this time of year in the NW it's hit and miss with nice weather...but I'll take it while it's here!  

  

  

What I've Been Up To...
Working.  Figuring out life.  Goal Setting.  I had an epiphany a few weeks ago; you know, that feeling you get when something just clicks? Yeah, I had that and I couldn't be more excited for the future.

What I'm Dreading...
This potty training business.  A stubborn little girl is sure a handful to work with.  I have complete faith that she'll succeed, but in the meantime - yikes!  I never wanted kids because I'm such a germaphobe when it comes to bathroom business and throw-up [ick].  But here I am...working through my fears. #GoMe

What I'm Working On...
Building a wonderful life for my little one and I!  It came to me that I'm all she has and I better make it a good one!  But, seriously, I've worked on goal planning and my vision board as of lately.  I'd say...it's looking good! #brightfuture #sunnieson

What I'm Excited About...
Have I mentioned this beautiful weather we've been having?  I'm excited that we get to take more walks to the park to go swing and play!

What I'm Watching/Reading...
I recently found a $50 gift card to Barnes and Noble and ordered 5 books.  One of those books I've started reading is 'Toddlers Are A**holes".  Funny, but so true.  It's by the person who created 'Honest Toddler' on Facebook. If you have a toddler and need some humor about toddler behavior...I highly suggest it.  Easy reading, but with some adult language [be prepared if you're not into that kind of stuff].

Now that the Bachelor is over, my Monday night viewing has moved to Teen Mom 2.

And my Wednesday TV show line up is TV Lands 'Younger'.  One word: OBSESSED!  I absolutely love, love, love this show!

Um, and why wouldn't I?  Josh (Nico Tortorella) is so freaking hot! 

What I'm Listening To...

Currently this minute, I am obsessed with Rihanna's "Work", Walk The Moon's "Different Colors" and Kesha's "Grow A Pear".

What I'm Wearing...

I'm currently obsessed with these pants by Vigoss from Nordstrom.

What I'm Doing This Weekend...

Absolutely nothing planned!  I love weekends like that!  Maybe I'll do a little online shopping since I have a few gift cards to Nordstrom I should probably use up #oops  

What I'm Looking Forward To Next Month...

Getting a state exam out of the way so I can move onto my next set of goals!  

What Else Is New...

Nothing. I feel so boring saying that, but right now, life is calm and steady.  We'll see what unfolds in the next few months #excitingtimesahead
